Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon Gift Card offer

I have recently added a Home Internet on my mobile line and part of the home internet offer was to get the Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon Gift Card. I got the email saying redeem it and when I click on it, it takes me to the Dashboard page of the Verizon page and I get to see nothing on that to redeem it.  Need help to know the process to redeem it.

I have received the email.....I was told "by mistake, earlier than it should have came" and the tile is on my account but will not work

  I would choose the gift card

Same issue.  Reached out to support and was promised an email by today so that I could redeem the $200 gift card. Still no email, no card in the Verizon app. I was in this position 2 years ago. After being told to wait and everything was fine, promised offer was never given. Not wanting that to happen again, but seems to be the case. Activated 5G Home 12/2/23.

There's a known issue with the redemption of those Amazon gift cards that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem.

Itโ€™s 12/13 and still no tile on my account, though I just today received the Xbox email.  I still have not received the email for the $200 Amazon gift card that was offered in addition to the Xbox promotion on cyber Monday when I ordered service.  About ready to cancel.

It is December 13, and I see no โ€œfixโ€ to receive the $200 Amazon gift card, despite have re-confirmed my eligibility with Verizon customer service people four different times.

Still waiting on mine.  Originally ordered my equipment on the 23rd, it was canceled 7 or 8 days later.  No reason why.

Contacted customer service, now 12 or so chats and at least 5 phone calls.  My order was placed again, although I didn't get the accessories that I had ordered in the original order.  My 5G LTE router is setup and working, but I've been told different things by each rep / agent.

My $200 Amazon gift card was escalated by the last rep, on the phone, who really was the most helpful person so far!  That was 3 days ago, but after reading through the forums I was hopeful that it might be resolved today, as so many are having the same issue.

I am considering canceling the service.  And I wasn't offered a free XBox and don't need the Echo as I already have two.

Very frustrating, Verizon's customer service staff needs trained and be consistent ASAP!

Verizon if you're reading this, please contact me.  I hate going through your prompts on the phone and the chat responses are incredibly slow imho.

Just received mine today. Only way was by continuing to post on here. Chatting with them does nothing. My store manager continued to call and poof, the magical Amazon tile appeared that night. 
I also was told yesterday via PM by Verizon they worked their kinks out as of 12/13 in the system. I asked if all members would now be receiving them?

Now I see that tile in the verizon app on 12/13. But I click on it to redeem the offer and nothing happens. Not fixed yet! Qualified 11/11/2023. Still waiting.

I am having a similar issue, but I was never even sent an email to redeem it. The whole reason I signed up for the more expensive home internet was so I could get the Amazon gift card. I called support, and the responses ranged from โ€œYou will get it in 65 daysโ€ to โ€œyou need to talk to the rebate center.โ€ The email that I got confirming my internet said I should get an email to choose my promotion within 24-48 hours of registering/activating my internet. Internet is activatedโ€ฆ nothing! No one seems to be able to help, and now I donโ€™t have a way to buy my family Christmas presents because of Verizonโ€™s incompetence with this situation. How hard is it to just email a gift card like they advertise?

No I don't even see the tile to redeem. I contacted support via chat (Hanna) and was told it's only 4 days in my escalated support request and that it will take 5 to 7 days.  So I'm waiting and checking periodically to see the tile or get an email.

This started on 11/23 when 8 days later my original order was canceled for no good reason.   Reordered and got the equipment 5 or 6 days ago, but didn't get any of the accessories I had ordered in the original order. Unacceptable!
