We signed up for the Verizon Home 5G internet during the free Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon gift card promo. We want to select the $200 Amazon gift card and have the email saying we are eligible for the promo, but there has been no further info on claiming the promo—there’s no link to “register” for the gift card, no selection available online on My Verizon, etc. How do I go about claiming my $200 Amazon Gift Card promotion?

Having questions about claiming, redeeming or checking the status of your Amazon Gift Card from the 5G Home Plus Promo offer? Here are some notes, or steps to take that can help:

  1. The redemption process begins upon the activation of your qualifying 5G Home Plus Plan.
    - Once activation is confirmed, qualified Home Plus customers will have a notification tile within your My Verizon Online / My Verizon app after logging into their account.

  2. Upon redemption, Your eligible Gift Card will be delivered electronically within 24-48 hours.
    - You can check your redemption status at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/check-my-status

  3. Qualifying customer may also want to check their spam folder for the below Subject and Sender:
    - Email Subject: Your Gift Card has Arrived
    - Email Sender: YourWirelessRebate@YourWirelessRebateCenter.com

  4. If you still have questions about your gift card redemption, status and eligibility, please send @vzw_customer_support a message and a service representative can assist you.

I went to my offers in my account and it says redeem by such and such date but it’s just a picture no link! How do I redeem my gift card?

Same issue. You try to click on it in the “my offers” section and it’s just an image, it doesn’t take you to where you can redeem it.

I got the same WiFi promotion and have not recievd any further info on how to claim my gift card any help is appreicated

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Amazon gift card redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those Amazon gift cards that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem. We appreciate your patience.

I have the same problem!  I chatted with someone the other day at Verizon and now they say I don’t have 5g service at all.

I am having the same issue. I installed my home internet on 12/4 and received an email stating I'm eligible for the gift card but I have not received any further information on how to claim it.

Gnome3 We definitely want you to be able to redeem the offer for the gift card. Did you check your spam/ junk folder on your email and your My Verizon account to see if the offer is there? ~Peter
