I received my Verizon router, my X Box that i will never use, my extender is on the way, but i don't have any way to order my Amazon $200.00 gift card so i guess I'm joining the thousands of other customers that were told they would get the gift card or the Echo. I have not received an email and it's not anywhere on my Verizon to click on.

Before you call try a different browser I tried to redeem on iPhone Verizon app and it wouldn’t let me I went to desktop browser and it’s no problem don’t call unless you want a 200 Verizon gift card instead of Amazon because that’s what they offered me

I am having the same issues with the 200 Amazon gift. When I click on the link to continue. The link takes me back to the pervious page. Also, when I click on the disconnection fee paid by Verzion it goes. The page goes blank.
I hope they fix it soon.

It is certainly strange that you're redirected back to the previous page when following the link. To clarify, you're following the redemption tile in My Verizon correct? What happens if you try to follow the tile for redemption in a different browser?
