Redeemed my gift card but never received an email showing it was redeemed, it only showed it on the site. Could not redeem it via the app, the tabs did not work. It showed I could go back at any time and check status, but I should receive by cards (I was at a double bonus 2-$200 amazon cards) within 24 to 48 hours. Not only have I not received any cards, I cannot even check them but my account shows they both have been redeemed. I have nothing Verizon, so I need help and customer service does not help.
