Amazon Show after 90 days??

Included when I signed up for 5g home internet was an Amazon Show 90 days after billing started.  Why have I not received this yet??

Hello! We want you to get the promotions you qualify for. To claim a Featured Offer:

  1. You can access Verizon Up through both the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. ...
  2. Select a Featured Offer you want and select Learn More to see offer details.
  3. Read the details of the offer, and select Claim.
  4. You've successfully claimed a Featured Offer.

So where is the offer that I was given when I signed up for 5g home internet?  It said I would be given an Amazon Show after 90 days.  That offer is not in the offers on the app.  Not sure why you are pointing me in the wrong direction.

 

It looks like I'm not the only person having this issue.
