After multiple failed attempts to resolve this, I'm trying to find resolution here before I file an official complaint with BBB and FTC. Issue number one is this gift card trick to woo in customers! Issue number two is the false advertisement regarding speed. I signed up on a banner that said 1Gbps. The price I'm paying is for that 1Gbps. Now that I’ve signed up, the 1gbps speed reference is nowhere. And I get understanding 1/3 of the advertised speed. I’m okay with that if I pay1/3 off the advertised PRICE. The online system is so pathetic that I’m surprised this business is still viable.
