Amazon gift card offer

I’ve been waiting since November 10 (when I received the email confirmation) to redeem my $200 Amazon Gift Card. I spoke with customer service and they said they are aware of the problem and it should be fixed in 3-5 business days and still nothing. Has anyone had success redeeming their offer?

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Amazon gift card redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of those Amazon gift cards that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem. Please check your My Verizon app and the My Verizon website for a tile you'll be able to use to redeem your gift card. We appreciate your patience and we wish you a happy Holiday season!
