Just signed up with the 5g home internet service and have everything up and running. I received emails saying I'm eligible to get the Amazon gift card, but the issue is where do I confirm the offer so I can redeem it?

To redeem, please sign in to your My Verizon (online or app). Navigate to the My Verizon account page. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans. From there, make your choice between the Amazon Echo Show or the $200.00 Amazon Gift Card and proceed with the redemption steps.
There is a known issue where some customers are having problems redeeming or don't see a tile. A planned fix is coming on 12/13/2023 and you'll be able to redeem then.

So still I have yet to receive an email or see a tile that let's me redeem the Amazon offer. Any further help would be appreciated.
