I was promised a $200 Amazon gift card with the 5G home internet activation (which I had planned to use for Thanksgiving sales...but that's neither here nor there anymore). I never received any further emails on redeeming this promotion and it's been 3, almost 4, weeks!! This feels incompetent at best, unscrupulous at worst, on Verizon's part and makes me hesitate to rave to my friends and family about Verizon as I had done in the past.
