Amazon gift card promonot received

I switched my internet service to Verizon on 12/20/2023. I am supposed to receive the $200 Amazon gift card offer. When I go under my account on the app under redeem offers section- there are 2 offers there. I cannot select the Echo and when I click on the Amazon offer, it does nothing. It seems that there is no link or the link is broken for the Amazon offer.
