Has anybody got the Amazon echo or gift card? Been told so many different things I don't know what to think. Was told it would be fixed today and I would have to wait 65 days to redeem. This is crazy Verizon do better. I don't have the time to msg people all day just to get nowhere. Need to stop advertising these promos if your not going to follow through.
