I signed up for Home Internet in September with the understanding that I would receive a coupon for an Apple Home Pod after 60 days. I have as yet to see the coupon. This was one of the incentives I considered when I switched internet providers.

I was led to understand that a coupon would be sent after my account had been active for 65 days. The manner in which I was to receive the coupon I don’t believe was specified. To date, I haven’t received the coupon.
