How do I redeem this offer?
*****ALSO, I had the same issue with the #$200 Amazon gift card I was supposed to get. I chatted with a rep who said the problem was fixed and I should see the offer on my account within 7-10 days. That was on 11/30 and I still don't have the offer on my page.
I would really appreciate some help with this! THANK YOU!

I now have my tile, however, when I go to redeem my offer it is making me put in my credit card info to pay for the Apple TV. Any suggestions? Is there a promo code that I am missing?

The offer simply does not work. You can call, and call, and call again - but nobody can help and you get bounced around to several different departments. They open a ticket eventually but that doesn't help either. Nobody seems able to fix this. It's very frustrating.
If you hit refresh on your browser a few times the tile will eventually show up - but don't get excited because it doesn't work at all. It says congrats, redeem offer, etc. and then adds the Apple TV to your card but expects you to pay for it - IT'S NOT FREE!
Would be nice if someone from Verzion reads this and finally fixes it.
