I was promised when I switched to Verizon that if I left my old provider you'd provide me a free Xbox controller or $50 Home Depot card. Well, when I go to accept the offer (which for some reason has an expiration date), I can't find the "for you, on us" tile where the email Verizon sent me says I have to go to accept the offer before it expires. I called Verizon and the agent told me they could not find this page either! What gives?
