The redemption for the Ray-Ban meta glasses or any product seems like a farce. Every time somebody wants to redeem What Verizon promises it’s always a problem. Whenever I click on the redemption for the ray-ban meta-glasses I’m always taken to a portal to pay full price. This has been happening to people since last year and it’s still not fixed.
I think the issue is happening when you use the mobile app. On the web the redemption works just fine
