Can't redeem Xbox offer

So when I signed up I was told after the original 60 days I could redeem my home offer for a free Xbox but when I go to the redeem screen the option is grayed out. I spoke with a representative a few weeks ago and they told me the issue is being looked at. I still cannot claim my offer and the deadline is Aug 25 . I would like some feedback

Iโm having the exact same issue except I havenโt been able to even get to the โFor you, on usโ tab. I was trying to figure it out for a week now since the email came and all I can see is itโs changed from Xbox to $50 gift card offer but no claim area.

Dubie075, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with redemption. Below are the redemption steps for the Xbox offer. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.
1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".
Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.
4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series S console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series S console is shown.
5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.

Same here. Activated 5g home last Saturday. No x box, no gift cards, no emails. 4 chat sessions and 2 calls. Verizon support is non existent. This is standard bait tactics. They will try to keep you the service for 60 days, and after you will not be eligible for anything. Agents only interest is to make a sale, not to honor anything. If you didnโt receive the promotional on the same day, after activation, it means you will not receive it at all. So just keep the service if you like, but you will waste hours for nothing, trying to get the promotional value

1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: Customers must verify email address

When I accept the Terms and Conditions and click select, I get this error message "There was an error when adding this Xbox Series X promotion to your verizon account. Please try again later."

Can you help me as well? I signed up for Verizon 5g internet, which was supposed to come with a $200 Amazon gift card and a Xbox Series X.
I was told I would need to redeem both on the app, and my account was remarked that I qualify for both. I was able to redeem the gift card but not the Xbox.
I've spent hours on the phone, in chats, at the store, etc.... They've been sending me in circles, and no one has resolved this! Please help.

I reached out to Customer Support here on the forums and they submitted a form to redeem the offer for me.
