I received the email to redeem either the NFL Sunday Ticket or Samsung Chromebook Go and it tells me to look for the "Exclusive Home offers" tile but there isn't one. I called customer service and was told i had to wait 7 days before I could claim it, it's now been more than 2 weeks. The chromebook offer expires 9/13/23. How can I claim this before it's too late?

Same issue here. for the first 3 days after I ordered I could see the option to redeem but it error'd out. The DAY the equipment arrived the options disappeared entirely. used the live agent option and was basically told to keep trying....2 weeks of trying and still not seen it appear

Not that I can tell. I was first told it was because I had a balance due (it was just a normal bill), and after I paid that, it still didn't work. Then I was told it was a technical issue and to wait.
I was contacted by the social media team, but no one answered the chat.

It's the number for the redemption department. They said they were going to send me an email code for a gift card for the value of the promotion.....which never arrived.....but then the chromebook redemption site starting working.
So I guess it got resolved....maybe.....I'm supposed to receive one and even have a tracking number but I won't believe it until I physically see it.
