I signed up for Verizon 5G home Internet because of the promotions. I am not able to redeem the $200 Home Depot gift card. I keep getting an error message "! Not no process your request. Please try again" I did a chat about 2 weeks ago and was told it would take 7 days to fix. Has not been fixed and never heard back from anyone. Looks like many people re have similar problems.

Hi there everyone, in case you guys are wondering, there is a little hack to get $250 amazon credit, I received the Xbox after they told me was not in stock and received a week after redemption, on the amazon side of things, if you are presented wit the echo show, go for it, is more than the 200 gift card plus if you cancel and return it you have the option to get the money in your amazon account, meaning you will get $250 instead of the $200, take advantage while last, good luck everyone!!
