We switched from United Fiber to Verizon Home Internet which was supposed to come with a $200 gift card from Verizon. I received an email yesterday informing me that I can now redeem the gift card on the Verizon Website or App, yet when I go to redeem it, it isn't there. There is supposed to be a tile called "Exclusive Home Offers" where it says I'm supposed to redeem it, but it isn't anywhere on the App or the Website. I need assistance.
Cfield5 We're sorry to read about the issue with redeeming the offer for the gift card. On your My Verizon account, the offer would be under Home, then Make the most of your plan. Let us know if you still have issues finding the promotion. ~Peter
