Costco $100 Shop Cards not Received

On October 13, 2023 I purchased 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max phones at my local Costco Verizon Kiosk. The Verizon Costco promotion offer stated that if I upgraded devices I would receive $100 Costco Shop Cards per each line that is upgraded. I upgraded my line and my wife’s line (2 Lines). The phones were on back order at the time of purchase. The two iPhones arrived on October 30, 2023 and were activated on the same day. I was told that the shop cards would be emailed after the 90 days of phones being activated. The 90 days have passed and no shop cards have been sent via email. My purchase receipt shows $100 Costco Shop Card on the invoice per each line. The Verizon representative told me that the Kiosk inside the Costco is a Verizon corporate store. Clearly this promotion is a Verizon offer only available through Costco. I need assistance with getting this offer fulfilled.

The Digital Shop Card email takes up to 14 weeks to deliver. The order is not submitted until after Costco's Return Policy which is 90 days. Once it is sent out, you will receive an email from costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com with instructions on how to activate the card. We would recommend checking your inbox and junk/spam folder to see if you have received an email from that email address to see if it has been delivered.

Do the 14 weeks start after 90 days have passed beyond the Costco return timeframe? Please clarify.

From the Announcements blurb posted elsewhere, yes, the 14 weeks starts after the 90 day period. Super slow, yes, but that's on Costco.

Yep, you're right on the money! Once the 90-day return period for Costco passes, the clock for the 14-weeks begins. In our experince Costco does not take the full 14-weeks to send the gift cards, but that's the timeframe they emphasized it may take.
Costco sends the gift cards from the email address, "costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com." I highly recommend checking your Inbox, junk or spam folder, for any emails from that sender if has been a few weeks since the 90-days has passed. Usually when I've worked with customers who thought they hadn't recieved their gift cards, they search their email history with that address and do find them 🙂

I am expecting 2 costco shop cards. I activated my phones in November. It's been more then 90 days plus 14 weeks. who can I contact to receive the cards? thanks.

Tomorrow is the first day of May and I still have not received the two $100 Costco shop cards that were part of the Verizon Costco promotion. Two iPhone 15 Pro Max devices activated on October 30, 2023. Verizon kiosks are no longer inside Costco stores. Where are my Costco shop cards? I’ve checked spam/junk folders and nothing.
