Please Help. I accepted an offer on May 22, 2023, at a Verizon kiosk in a Costco store in Bonney Lake, WA. The offer stated that if I added a new line to my existing Verizon wireless account, I would receive a $250 Costo shop card after 90 days of service. I accepted and added the new line thru new 5G+ home internet wireless service which qualified me for the promotion. I was told that I would receive an email about the shop card. The first Router given to me was defective and wouldn't activate even though I tried many times while talking with a Verizon tech trying to help me. I returned the defective router June 2, 2023, to a Verizon store as directed and have a receipt for that return. The Verizon tech directed me to pick up another Router at a Verizon store, I did that, it worked, and I activated it and my 5G+ internet service on June 1, 2023. I've never received the $250 Costco shop card and it's been more than 90 days of 5G+ home internet service. I initiated an Online Chat with customer service through Verizon support on Sept 7, 2023. I was on the Online Chat for 1 1/2 hours with Mary (I have her chat ID) in the Wireless Team dept and I have a transcript of the online Chat. I explained everything to her, and she researched the problem and said that she tried but couldn't resolve it that day, she promised that she would escalate the problem, email Costco, continue to work on the problem and would get back to me in 7-10 days via email. I've never heard from her or anyone. I called Costo customer service on 9/25/23 and spoke to Steve in the corporate office, he said Costco doesn't send out those shop cards, Verizon does after verifying agreed on promotional terms. I'm very upset at Verizon! Please advise.

I have been waiting since Oct 2023 for the Costco shop card. Costco claims they can’t do anything. The Verizon kiosk at my Costco closed before the waiting period so I can’t talk to them. Please help. I would really like the $250 ship card promised to my wife and I when we signed up.

I have the same problem and we have been promised a $250 gift card when we add an unlimited line at Verizon’s counter inside Costco on 3/1/2024! I have been waiting for 6 months to the gift cards to be issued but with no response!

We want to ensure that you receive all of your eligible promotional offers. Since it has been longer than 14 weeks since your purchase date, can you check your email inbox as well as spam folders to see if you have received an email from the email address listed below? The gift cards are expected to be emailed from this email address once the eligibility timeframe has been completed.

I too would love to receive a Direct Message as well please, as I am also having the same issue. I did not receive what I was promised.
A promotion was running to receive a $250 Costco Shop Card for signing up through Costco. Purchased in-store on 11/10/2023 and activated the service on 11/10/2023. I was told that I would receive the $250.00 Costco Cash Card but I to date I have not. I was also told there was a 90 day waiting period before I would receive it, because it is now August 2024, I am thinking the 90 day’s have passed. My question though, who will be sending out the shop card? Do I need to reach out to Verizon or Costco? I have stopped by a Verizon Store in my city, and they have no idea how to help. Please help me with this issue. Thank you

Did you fully read my post? It does say the place and date (Costco 11/10/2023) that I purchased in full my iPhone 15Max. Do I have a submission ID? I do have my receipt and I will request Costco to get involved if needed. I was told by the representative from Verizon who worked at the Kiose at Costco that I would receive the $250.00, 90 days after the purchase. It's been well over 90 days and I have not received anything.

Provided any site to redeem the offer? I was told that I would receive an email from Verizon/Costco once the 90-day time period was over. Peter, may I ask why you have not responded, or anyone from Verizon for that matter?

Natasha, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the $250 credit that was promised to me. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have not received the credit, and I feel that I am being given the runaround.
I was assured that I would receive a $250 credit as part of my purchase/line agreement. However, this has not been honored, and I have been repeatedly told to wait or given conflicting information. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that this matter be resolved promptly and that the $250 Costco cash card be mailed as promised. I would appreciate a clear and definitive response on this issue.

Call Costco rebate program directly. They will email you the digital cards. Then you take them down to Costco and have them transfer it to a gift card. A Verizon rep gave me the 800 number to contact Costco and they knew exactly what I was asking for and sent it to my email in less than 30 second.

Good afternoon I have the same issue. Purchased a new phone in late summer (Iphone ) July 2023 along with a new line and never rec'd my gift card after 90 days. I was supposed to receive a $250 shop card but never did. I contacted Costco in store and they said to see you guys. I have called verizon customer service on multiple occasions without any resolution. Can you please contact me to resolve this issue.

Logged in and saw there is NOT a Private Message! I am surprised Verizon has been so dishonest in their actions! You have my email, send me a message telling me that I have FINALLY RECEIVED MY $250.00 COSTCO CARD! Verizon should have honored the Costco Cash card almost a year ago, but did not!
