XPOST from another thread.
I am very upset about this.
I have been working to get this resolved since january when i started receiving my promotions. I have had numerous reps show that i had the offer but none suggested i received it.
this has been escelated numerous times, and i was suspposed to have a few tickets that my account now shows are closed with no resolution. I also had a call back scheduled and was encouraged to check my email for the offer, neither the email or the call never arrived.
I got on with someone just this morning and they suggested i needed to fill out a REDEMPTION FORM.
WHAT!? i talked to numerous people and was told that the offer would be applied to my account AFTER some set amount of days with my account in the green/good standing. then and only then would it be applied.
This feels phony, im getting the run around and all these hrs on the phone later since January, i was told its been available but i needed to fill out a form?!
I am highly, highly dissatisfied. Would love a response here.

UPDATE 5/3
I was doubtful posting here was going to helpful, but after a verification and her reviewing my account, I pled my case of the offer and was provided a credit to alleviate the months of misinformation I received.
Moral of the story: Skip customer service and come here.
Thanks Andi
