This seems to be a pretty widespread issue. I signed up for LTE home service on Cyber Monday to take advantage of the Amazon Giftcard and Xbox Series S. The documentation says I must claim these within 60 days and the Xbox can be in-hand as soon as December 1, while the giftcard will be delivered 24-48 hours after registering. It says I will receive instructions after activating the service, but I have not received instructions on either one. This is frustrating and seems to be a common problem.

Yeah you all told my you had to escalate the issue. Now I wait 7 to 10 business days. It's ridiculous that so many people have been having this same very issue! Sounds to me like someone needs to contact the government authorities

Iโm having the same issue. I got the email about the gift card but not the xbox. We added the 5G home on Cyber Monday when the promo was for the xbox

Have a similar issue, ordered 5g home from the app, went to the Verizon store to pickup the equipment the next day, instead of giving me my order the associate signed me up for a new service and told me I was just signing for the existing order. Went home and activated the service and received the email for the gift card but the box on my account page never showed up to claim it.

Hi I need some help. I finally received the email to claim the Xbox via a tile in my account. The tile is there I click it and I get an error message. The legal paragraph says I have until the 13th to claim or while supplies last. Help me please.
