Hi. I have received my $200 gift card but should also receive a free Xbox from the cyber Monday promotion for switching to 5G home. I have received no info regarding the Xbox. Anyone else? Should I call customer service?

I chatted with support end of last week and they said it may take a few more days. I would maybe reach out if you haven't gotten the XBOX email by the end of the week (I received the Amazon card last week but am also still waiting on the XBOX)

Hello, my internet was activated on the 8th and Xbox redeemed on the 9th. When will I receive the xbox?

Thank you for your inquiry, Ozinski1120, shipping takes up to 6 weeks and expedited paid shipping does not reduce this window.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Xbox redemption. There's a fix coming on 12/13 that'll let you redeem your Xbox properly. Please try again then and make sure you check your My Verizon app and website for a tile to redeem.
