Hi. I have received my $200 gift card but should also receive a free Xbox from the cyber Monday promotion for switching to 5G home. I have received no info regarding the Xbox. Anyone else? Should I call customer service?

I chatted with support end of last week and they said it may take a few more days. I would maybe reach out if you haven't gotten the XBOX email by the end of the week (I received the Amazon card last week but am also still waiting on the XBOX)
