Cyber Monday Xbox deal

I have still yet to receive anything about claiming my free Xbox s since ordering internet service for the promotion on 09/27/23. I called and was now told I have to pay for it out of pocket and my account will be credited but I know other people who didn’t have the issue and this is ridiculous as I was promised nothing out of pocket would be needed and it would be free due to signing up and switching services. Any customer service help would be appreciated.?
