I have ordered 5G home internet through the cyber Monday deal and have not yet received any of the promotions of Amazon gift card or the X box. Can someone help with this?

Docabhi007, below are the redemption steps for the gift card. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: Customers must verify email address

I have been able to see the tiles for a couple of days now and have been able to redeem the Amazon gift card offer. But when I try to redeem the Xbox offer it is giving me an error. Can you please help with this.

hi, I have the same problem. I just did online chat with Verizon Rep this morning (12/11/2023) . Verizon solution for this problem is that Verizon will email you $200 Verizon egift card with 3-5 business days instead of xbox series s.

Thanks for helping my with the order of the Xbox, but the email that I received from Verizon says there will be a monthly charge of $17. I don't understand why there is a monthly charge for an item that is supposed to be free.
