Don’t get Wifi

I’ve been a customer with Verizon in some capacity for the last 15 years. I had issues with my internet and was told I needed a new modem and router because the software was out of date. Turns out the representative just wanted the commission. Anyways I returned all my equipment to the store because I am autistic and asked the rep for help and they said to leave it with them. Now they’re charging me 375 for “unreturned” equipment. I’ve gone to the store. I’ve called customer service. I can’t get any help. Do not get WiFi. Don’t get Verizon if you can help it. I am going to switch carriers as soon as possible.
