I'm having the same problem many of you seem to be having, and I'm not getting responses from anybody here or from Verizon. I set up my home internet on 11/15, and I received an e-mail that it was successfully set up and that I was eligible for the Amazon Echo or $200 Amazon gift card offer, HOWEVER, there is no indication of how to actually request this. I spent nearly two hours chatting with a very unhelpful Verizon associate who told me where the tile to click is, but it does not exist on my account page. They told me they were going to fill out some kind of form for me, but I never heard back from them and have not received anything more. That was three days ago. Can anybody who has actually been able to redeem this offer let me know how long after activation of your service you were able to request it?

I didn't make it very far before support stopped talking to me.

Just spoke with support a third time and they said my request has gone through, but why should it take 4-6 weeks when the offer says it will only take 24-48 hours after being requested? Feels like they're making this complicated on purpose so people forget or give up on it.
