I cannot find the For You, On Us button anywhere on the site or app to redeem an offer I was emailed about. Thank you in advance for any possible solutions to this problem.

Same issue here for the Samsung Tv promotion. Went through chat yesterday to be told this would escalated, and would hear back in a week.  Not having much faith over here.

Same issue here I have 2 emails to redeem my tv but there is no tile in my account.

There is no for you on us.

I'm having the same issue. I got emailed that i can claim the offer and the tile for the claim is nowhere to be seen on either the app or website.

There is no link or tile for the Home Depot or XBox offer.   Also, Verizon Chat doesn't work.  Does anything work on this website?

I am also having this issue. The email clearly says go to the "for you on us" section that doesn't appear to exist. It seems as if everyone is having this issue, but I am not sure why VERIZON  can't just make this easy and add that section to the website/ app.

I've had the same problem for going on 3 weeks now.  Has anyone received actual help with this problem or do you keep getting the response "I promise to get this fixed for this time just wait 4-5 days for the email ." Ive been told that 3 times now for the Samsung TV promo, still no email. WHY CAN'T THEY JUST SEND IT INSTEAD OF ALL THIS EXTRA GARBAGE.  IT'S INSANE AND VERY FRUSTRATING!!

So I finally got a Chat started on this issue with a live agent.  I mentioned the Home Depot and Xbox promotion and that it is not available anywhere on the website.  After some time, the agent asks me what offers were made to me.  Huh, i'm logged in as me, Verizon sent me the email  - connect dots?  no.   The agent goes away for minutes.  I'm typing "Hello?", etc.  Finally comes back.  States they have raised the request for me and I'll get an email in 15 days.  If you read complaints on this topic, people have got this same comment but they never get an email.  I explain that the offer is expiring soon.  Many more minutes go by.  Agent offers to credit my Verizon account.  I ask "what do you mean?, how much, when will you do it?".  Many more minutes go by.  I comment that this is taking a really long time for an offer that Verizon made to me.  Finally come back and agent is going to give me $50 credit, same as the value of the Home Depot gift card.  I ask when we I get the credit.  They say immediately.  Within a couple minutes I check my Verizon account to see what's due this month and sure enough they credited me $50 toward my next monthly payment.  If you can stand to be on chat for over 30 minutes (phone is probably similar?), you can just get credit apparently.
