I got an email to redeem my free Samsung TV, but I cannot find the “For you, on us” tile to redeem it.

Looks like I need to welcome myself to this party.  Spent the better part of 30 minutes yesterday using the Verizon Chat With Us button.  End result I was offered was "This issue is being escalated, and I should hear back within a week".

Seeing as these "for you, on us" promotions have been problems in the past (complaints on these forums), you'd think Verizon would get it figured out by now!
