Free 43 inch tv offer

Hello,

I switched to Verizon 5G home internet on April 4, 2025. I was promised a 43 inch smart tv but have not heard anything about it. Maybe there is a waiting period. Can I receive instruction on how to redeem it properly if I have not done so already? Thank you.

Good morning Straw39 .For new home internet customers who activate/install and maintain eligible LTE Home Plus internet services in good standing for 65 days and redeem offer w/in 60 days thereafter. So yes there is a 65 day waiting period.  You will Receive a Ready to Redeem email 65 days after service activation and a successful balance check. he customer reaches the Make the most of your plans section where they see the Samsung tile or the Meta Quest 3S Headset tile. Then you will click the tile. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Yeah I just signed up for the home Internet as well I just want to say that's it's very misleading because it tells your customers a 2 day delivery for the TV at the time of signing up.

I'm going through this identical process attempting to redeem TV offer.  
Not getting the email with link to "redeem'.  No redeem button on the App.  Have called multiple times and put in a "ticket" request.  No one indicating any activation period requirements.  Only date is the deadline to redeem which is rapidly approaching. 
Has anyone actually received their TV from any of these promotions?

I received a private message indicating they are looking into this issue  and there will be a response by 5/28/25.  Asked about the deadline to redeem by 5/18/25 (today).   No response.

Remember, even if you are past the redemption date, you will still qualify for this promotion since a ticket was made prior to the end date.
