Home Depot $200 Egift card promotion

The store clerk stated that if I purchase 2 more 5G internet boxes, I would obtain 2 more $200 rebates as I had obtained those boxes earlier on during the promotion. 

I have been on several calls now, online chats, and emails and to date have yet to receive those rebates. In one of my last calls the Verizon customer service representative finally tells be that only 1 rebate per customer no matter how many boxes you have. 

To date, I have only received 1 rebate and when I downloaded the rebate to my wallet on my phone, it has since disappeared and I was never able to use it.

That is certainly true that only one offer is available per account, rudolpheus. I know I would be frustrated as well, and I am glad we were able to clear up that confusion. We also want to make sure you're able to use the gift card you had received. This could still be in your email. The subject would show as :Your Gift Card has Arrived, and it would be coming from this email address:  YourWirelessRebate@YourWirelessRebateCenter.com

If you search for either of those in your email box, are you able to find the original email since it no longer appears in your digital wallet?
