Home Depot $200 Gift Card

Signed up for Home Internet and was offered an Xbox S console or a $200 Home Depot Gift card. The email I received giving me directions for claiming either didn't work. I've chatted, called, been transferred, hung up on, etc. 

I can see the offer on my account but every time I try to claim it, it gives me a 'contact us' message. All I do is chase my tail.      

Today when I tried to claim it again, got the same 'contact us' message plus the option to choose the Xbox S Console is no longer an option. Wonder when the option to claim the Home Depot card will disappear?

Apparently, the customer service reps can't even see your account any longer. They used to have top notch customer service. The last one I talked to  had a rooster crowing in the back ground.

I included a picture of the email in the post.  It lists clicking on a tile "for you on us".  This tile does not exist.

Exact same issue  - promised a gift card - met all criteria- but no gift card arrived

Likewise I've not received anything in the mail or email regarding my gift card aside it saying in the Redemption History and says "Redeemed on ." No idea what the dot is either.

There was a promo for Verizon 5G Home Internet. Stop asking if it’s wireless or fios — it’s neither, and you should know the promos you falsely advertise.

PMC524, certinaly we want to know we're talking about the correct promotion and some do cross over between FIOS and 5G Home. I'm happy send a new Private Message to help work on this with you, as I want any customer who qualified to be able to get their promo and benefit from.

I have a similar issue. I selected the Home Depot card and got a message "We are having trouble processing your request. Please try again or contact us". Now when I go to my account, the home depot option is grayed out and I can only select the xbox. I too called and was told my issue is be escalated and to wait 5 to 7 days.

I just found pages on this topic in the community space. I too have asked 4 time in the past 4 months where is my gift card. the last person said that withing  48 to 72 hours i would see something coming through on My Verizon on my cell phone.  I havent seen it yet but i also dont know what i am looking for. Can someone help me get my card? i am a pretty good customer i have been one for 20 + years and my monthly bill is $230 

I want my Gift Card - Please.

I just looked at my verizon on my phone.  I opened "account" and went to Home. I looked for any type of message that would show how to claim my Gift Certificate.  what is missing is that i never received the email  that was supposed to be sent 6 - 8 weeks after I bought the Home Internet router/Modem. So maybe i never picked my award. If I recall - i had a choice between a gift card and a sound bar.  I had already checked spam and trash and I NEVER recieved the email showing how to claim the award. Maybe that is why this situation seems so common.

I'm have the same problem. I opted for the Home Depot card, but didn't need it right away. There's no "For you, on us" tile on the Verizon app or anywhere to locate my gift card. Verizon, I'd appreciate your help.
