Home Depot $200 Gift Card

Signed up for Home Internet and was offered an Xbox S console or a $200 Home Depot Gift card. The email I received giving me directions for claiming either didn't work. I've chatted, called, been transferred, hung up on, etc. 

I can see the offer on my account but every time I try to claim it, it gives me a 'contact us' message. All I do is chase my tail.      

Today when I tried to claim it again, got the same 'contact us' message plus the option to choose the Xbox S Console is no longer an option. Wonder when the option to claim the Home Depot card will disappear?

Apparently, the customer service reps can't even see your account any longer. They used to have top notch customer service. The last one I talked to  had a rooster crowing in the back ground.

  • I believe Verizon has lied to many of us with a bogus gift card offer, and made it unredeemable.

I am having similar problems. I want the gift card, not the xBox but apparently I can't choose either. It always gives me an error message and sometimes it will not let me select anything. Time is running out because it says I have til September 15 to redeem.

Same exact problem. Got the email 08/01.  I have contacted via chat and phone. Get transferred over and over without even being told it’s happening. Have had to repeat the same story about 15 times and the only thing I got in response was to keep trying and hopefully it will work eventually. 2 weeks of back and forth and still haven’t gotten my dang Home Depot gift card.

I would sure appreciate someone contacting me to tell me my card is in the mail, and NOT "check your email"!!

I also have not received the Home Depot gift card.   On the My Verizon app it shows that I received it but I have not.

I have the same issue. I received the email but didn't see what the instructions said. I contacted support and after over an hour they told me this was a "known issue" and to try again in a week. I still can't find the offer. I think they just want to keep us running in circles or forget about it so we can't claim the offers.

I haven't gotten my $200 HD offer and I haven't rec'd my $100 Verizon gift card either.
Seems like noone can answer this. They charge the most for all their services, bait you with "offers", make you wait 2 months for thjem and now they're nowhere to be found

Well, as expected, the online support that promised me she would have my issue resolved by tonight at 9 is nowhere to be found. I will not be recommending Verizon to ANYONE!

I did figure out how to get the $100 Verizon gift card but it was a completely different submission form. Then they emailed it to me 60 days later.
