Home Depot $200 Gift Card

Signed up for Home Internet and was offered an Xbox S console or a $200 Home Depot Gift card. The email I received giving me directions for claiming either didn't work. I've chatted, called, been transferred, hung up on, etc. 

I can see the offer on my account but every time I try to claim it, it gives me a 'contact us' message. All I do is chase my tail.      

Today when I tried to claim it again, got the same 'contact us' message plus the option to choose the Xbox S Console is no longer an option. Wonder when the option to claim the Home Depot card will disappear?

Apparently, the customer service reps can't even see your account any longer. They used to have top notch customer service. The last one I talked to  had a rooster crowing in the back ground.

The email to choose had a subject line of "(First name), your offer is ready to redeem."

And the email to get the code had a subject line of  "Your Gift Card has arrived!"  It provided a link to your gift card code.

I had trouble finding those emails because I was searching my inbox for "Home Depot." I needed to search for "Verizon." But you can search for those subject lines.

I am trying to get my gift card too. It’s a joke. And false advertising. I keep getting the run around and get no where. I was approved again months later then it never showed up. Called agin said they would look into it.

I got the service a month ago and I haven’t seen anything the gift card. Why is this so hard? It should be automatic

I am having the same issue.  Got an email but the links don’t work and the virtual chat assistant is not helpful.  The $200 Home Depot gift card offer is no longer on the website.  I have phones,iPads,watches and internet with Verizon but this experience is making me concerned with their credibility. Did anyone get their issue resolved?
