I ordered my Home Internet March 28th, picked it up same day and installed same day. Waited my 65 days and there is no way to order anything. I was on the phone with a VZ Customer service rep for 2hours today. And he was unsuccessful, but tried so hard to help me. I was on the phone for about 1 hour 20min last friday ordering what I wanted and he said I would get them today and friday, But turns out he lied to me and kept me on the phone for his simple evil pleasure....This is getting super ridiculous. Verizon Fix this please
