Home Offers..Gimmick?

It's now been 2 weeks that I've attempted to redeem a Home Offers gift card.  When I click the Home Offers tile,  it says please wait while we retrieve your information.   This message never goes away.   I access the notification message within my verizon account stating that I have a gift card to redeem.   When I click on the gift card,  nothing happens.   Following the advice of several chat agents.   I have completely cleared my browser history,  cache and cookies.   Restarted my device.   Used different browsers and logged into using different devices.   After doing all this over and over again,  I return to my chat agent(s) and receive an error message stating we're experiencing technical difficulties try again later.   So,   Verizon, do you promise new customers a reward for signing up and then never give out the gift card?
