Receive the email to claim Ray-Ban‘s or Home Depot gift card and told me to follow the directions. What the directions are telling me to do on my account to click a link the link does not appear or available. Can someone from Verizon reach out?
We want to make sure you are able to get your promotion. To redeem, you will need to go to "Make the most out of your plan" under your My Verizon plan. You need to be the account owner, and be registered as the account owner in order to see the option.
