So I see on the app that I can redeem my home internet offer for the switch and the $200 gift card on 5/13/24 but when I click on it there is nothing there and I never got a email like I was told I would get to redeem it with.

Same situation for me.The day my account became eligible (email received) the offer disappeared...As of yesterday , Verizon said there is a delay and I should see the option pop up by tomorrow..we shall see
