I signed up for 5G Home Internet back on Oct 24th activated everything and even paid first bill. I never received any information on how to redeem anything for the promotion that was going on when I signed up which was either a Apple Homepod or 200 dollar verizon gift card.
Same here, I ended up contacting them via chat. They ended up doing something in there end so promotion appears on my Verizon app after 7 days. Which one you choosing? $20 or home pod ?
