How do I get and redeem the bonuses for my 5G Home Internet service?

Hello - I signed up for 5G service in late December 2023 and activated on January 2. At that time the promotions of an X-Box series X console and Amazon Show or $200 Amazon gift card were in play. The rep I worked with in store said I needed to wait 60 days to apply for these but it looks like people on here were given immediate ways to register for these. I looked through my email and see that the Amazon show or gift card were offered - but with no info on how to redeem and the X-Box series X was not included even though the promotion was still active on Verizon when I signed up and activated. How do I make sure I get these bonuses. I don't think it would be fair to not get them given they were offered. Truth in advertising and all. Thank you. - Stacey

I know that deal was an amazing offer, atravellersp. It even got me to sign up, and I can understand the concern seeing some conflicting details to what you were told. I'm glad you took a moment to reach out here, as you have 60-days to claim those rewards from the date of activation, and apologies if you were told differently at the store location. The other concern is that the Xbox offer was a digital only offer, so if the service was purchased at a store location, it may not qualify.

In order to redeem these offers, there would be a tile for the Amazon offer, and the Xbox offer on My Verizon under the section "Make the most of your plans". Do you see any tiles there for the Amazon offer or the Xbox offer?

Hi Joseph ,

No - there was no tile for the Amazon or the XBox offer. Just a tile for  explore services and perks (which didn't have either of those offers) and Verizon Up. Nothing else.  Can you fix this. And the rep I worked with did my order through Verizon online - just helped me navigate - and he said that I would be eligible for all three perks - Amazon Show 10 OR $200 gift card AND the X Box. I wouldn't have worked through him if I had been told that would make me ineligible for all three. I was assured that was not the case. Verizon should stand by what your reps claim when providing service. In the meantime - I have no tiles for any of the offers - and that's an issue because I clearly signed up at the time when all were being offered. 

Please advise how I handle now! Thank you.
