Hi, I had signed up for the promotion to receive the xbox series s, and the xbox gaming bundle. I was told i would receive an email after 14 days of service. Its been longer than 14 and no email. Also showing nothing under my account to redeem. Can someone help please?

I was able today to claim my xbox series s which is great. I was definitely getting worried. the issue I have now is I am suppose to get the gaming bundle also. I have not received communication about how to redeem it. I don't have a tile for it and I hace not recieved an email about it.

I still have not been able to claim any of it. No tiles and no email. Such terrible customer service for someone who has been a customer for 17 years
