Is Verizon no longer honoring promotions or what?

Not really sure where to start with this, accept that I am incredibly, incredibly frustrated.
In the beginning of June, I signed up for the internet promo of $35/mo Internet with the option to receive a $200 home Depot gift card OR an Xbox series s after having the Internet active and in good standing for 65 days. I've received no emails in order to redeem either of those options. Customer service in live chat has basically told me that that was never a promotion, never happened, nothing they can do. They've also told me that yeah, it was a promo, but I signed up too late. And they've told me that the xboxs are back ordered, no long available, or they ran out of supplies.
Oh, and same for the home Depot gift card, too! Those either apparently never happened or they're all gone now, according to customer service.
I am so beyond frustrated right now. I never would have gotten this Internet if it hadn't been for the added incentive of the promos! I feel like this was just a ploy to get a bunch of people to sign up for the internet, and I can't get a single customer service rep to actually help make this right. I've been with Verizon through my phone plan for years, and this has left me seriously considering cancelling my entire phone AND Internet with them, and taking my business elsewhere.
To make matters worse, I'm not the only one having this problem. I have friends and coworkers who also signed up for the internet during this promo, and they are being given the same run around.

i have chatted with 2 different people about this same issue. on 10/11 the person i chatted with said they took care of it and i should receive some notification in 5-7 business days. i chatted with some one today and they had me looking at my account and the only place the homedepot card showed up was on the app and when i clicked on it, i had to accept the terms and conditions and then was taken right back to the same place. they had me go on the website and the only home promotions there were for home gaming. after all of that, the person reset my account and now i can't get in. it states unable to process request at this time. so no homedepot giftcard and can't sign into my account! i guess i will look into t-mobiles home internet. maybe their customer service will help when i have issues
