Issue with Redeeming Meta Quest 3s

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with redeeming the Meta Quest 3s. Today is the date when I’m eligible to redeem it, but the offer button has disappeared. Additionally, I haven’t received any email regarding the redemption.

Could you please help me resolve this situation?

Good morning. We want you to get the promotions you qualify for and would like to help. Please tell us, did you sign in to My Verizon under the Account Owner or Account Manager (authorized user)? Is your service residential/Fios or Mobile?

Good morning! Yes, I signed in to My Verizon as the Account Owner. My service is for residential 5G home internet.
