I’m experiencing an issue with redeeming the Meta Quest 3s. Today is the date when I’m eligible to redeem it, but the offer button has disappeared. Additionally, I haven’t received any email regarding the redemption.

For anyone else who might experience this issue, there’s a few reasons an offer, promotion, or rebate might not appear or apply. These can include not meeting the requirements for the offer. An error with the promotion system or not submitting for the rebate/offer in the right timeframe.
