JBL Speaker and Verizon gift card

When I signed up for Verizon home internet the offer had a $250 Amazon gift card, a free JBL speaker as well as a $200 Verizon gift card. I have received the Amazon gift card but not the other two. On the "Make the most out of your plan tab" there is an offer for the JBL speaker but when I click it there is nowhere to actually redeem this offer. The Verizon gift card is nowhere to be found. Who or where do I contact to get this resolved?

They are now saying that the gift was either or but not both. Currently going through it with them. The speaker you cannot redeem until the date it says then you will be able to click it.

I also can not find the link. I looked for it in early August and it said I could redeem after the 16th I believe. Then when I got on to redeem it’s no longer there.
