I got my email after having the service and have the email to redeem. I found the tile, clicked it, and it said something went wrong. Now the tile is gone and I can’t find where or how to redeem anymore. It seems a lot of people are having the same issue but with the Amazon gift card. How or who do I need to contact to fix this?

How long after setting up your Internet was the tile visible? It's been 2 weeks and I'm not able to redeem mine yet.

I’ve had the same problem with trying to redeem my Home Depot gift card offer. First time I got an error msg 2 months ago, I contacted support and was on with them for more than an hour and they ended up saying try again later maybe? What a joke. I’ve tried several times since then and contacted support each time and they said I’d get an email instead because of redemption center problems. That didn’t happen. Now the offer isn’t on my account because is expired. I have wasted countless hours with useless support. I consider this fraud.

I've had the same issue and customer support keeps leading me to dead ends!! Then I finally got an answer saying I have to wait 4-6 weeks.. like no, it said once the device was activated
