Like many others, I seem to be unable to redeem my $200 Amazon gift card. I received an email with instructions on where to go in the MyVerizon App; but the specific tile the email mentions is missing. I’d very much like to use that gift card; so any help would be appreciated.

To anyone still following this thread, I have been told by a customer service rep that my issue has been escalated. According to them, they have manually put in a request for the gift card and I should receive it in “4 to 6 weeks”. Unfortunately, that is after the holidays so I won’t get to use it as planned. Additionally, 6 weeks after they sent that message will coincidentally fall exactly on 60 days after I activated my service which is when the promotion supposedly expires. We’ll have to wait and see I guess.

It would appear that the message was directed toward me. As an update. I have now received the gift card. I went back to the original redemption email and clicked the link to the “MyVerizon” account. The appropriate tile repopulated at that point and allowed me to complete the redemption. I will confer with Maria to provide additional details as requested.

Thank you for getting back to us. We appreciate it. I understand that having issues with the promotion can be frustrating, and we apologize for this. We have identified a hiccup on our end. The good news is that our specialized team is aware of this situation. Everything will run smoothly starting on December 13th. At that point you should receive an email notification to redeem the offer. If you already received the email but you're not seeing the offer tile on your My Verizon application or our website, this should appear on the 13th.

I’ve been following several of these threads hoping a resolve would come through since it’s 12/13. No tile, no email. I have set up my home internet service. Very frustrating.

I have talked to 7 agents....between chat and phone calls. I have put a message on Verizon community and have not heard back. Noone has an answer to why I don't have the "tile" on my app. They say they are escalating it and then I hear nothing. Been dealing with it since 11/17. Any ideas how I can be helped?
