I ordered Verizon home internet during Cyber monday deal. Xbox series S plus $200 Amazon GC.
Once your service is activated, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your offer. When I received my claim email it no longer stated Xbox series x as part of the offer only $200 Amazon GC. Please help!

Kat1985, glad you were able to redeem the Amazon Card. To complete the Xbox portion of the Cyber Monday deal, you want to go to My Verizon, sign-in, and then look under the "Make the Most of Your Plans" section, where a tile for the Xbox Series S can be claimed. Select that tile and then follow the prompts. You'll accept terms and conditions, then be taken to your cart to complete the purchase with the promo applied.

Same issue here. I called Verizon today and spent nearly 2 hours on with them. They couldn't find the applicable Cyber Monday promo and couldn't tell me how to get the Xbox. Finally escalated the call; we shall see.
At the same time the $200 offer under "Make the most of your plans" comes and goes. I click through the pages and it just cycles me back to the first page. According to the message on the first page it should forward me to an Amazon Card redemption page.
