My offer link for my Xbox s from Cyber Monday deal doesn't work. I clicked on this from my account. Claim offer grayed out. Can anyone help with issues.

Iggums40, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with redemption. Below are the redemption steps for the Xbox. There is a known issue with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.
1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".
Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.
4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series S console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series S console is shown.
5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.
