I have gone to two separate stores, and spent a total of 2 hours and 23 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to give us the access to Youtube TV + NFL Sunday ticket that was promised when we signed up with verizon on our new plan and have had zero luck - with the most help being an agent on the phone saying "I believe someone is looking into this and the issue should be resolved soon" (this was 3 days ago). I got an email saying "redeem your offer"  that day we signed up for Verizon (2 weeks ago) but everytime we click it  - it shows this error message and no one seems to know anything about anything online or in store. 

We are now at a place where if we cannot get the help and someone to fix this and give us the promotion that we were promised, we are going to have to switch providers all over again. 

I did a lot of research before making the switch to Verizon, and that included 2 conversations with 2 separate agents who guaranteed me that by signing up for the plan we chose - we would receive the offer of Youtube tv + NFL Sunday Ticket for free for the 23-24 NFL season. So I just feel robbed and annoyed at this point that no one can even offer us a single solution or the time of day to figure anything out.

I have had the same issue.  when I go to redeem offer nothing happens.  Been chatting with Verizon many times with no luck.  Been sold a fake bill of goods it seems.  I am using safari as my browser so don't know if that is it or what but one would think Verizon could just sign me up for the ticket but they seem to have no clue as to how to fix this

I'm curious if these reps that are sending out personal notes are actually helping.  I'm in the same situation.  I switched to Verizon and bought new phones because of the NFL Sunday ticket promo.  I never received the promo, so I contacted support and inquired when it would be made available.  I was told last week that I would receive an email with the promo offer in 4 days.  I never received anything.  As we're half way into week 2 already, I'm guessing I won't have access once again.  Can I get some assistance, please?

Why are sending individuals a private note? Why not tell the community what the issue is so we can all activate the promotion as promised? If we each need a private note, please send one to me as well. I've been trying to activate this promotion since September.

I certainly understand the desire for a blanket solution for this, Magtrish. The fact remains that we have to work these each as one-off situations, that require account access, which we cannot do in a public setting. We have had the same problem as many other customers do. My wife has been on the phone several times with several different reps,  being told lies and saying they have a glitch un their system and give it 24 to 48 hours. She has been told that 4 times by 4 different reps. When she asked for a supervisor,  she was told none available and just transfer her to another rep that gives her the same lies. It's false advertisement and they trick you into upgrading your service without intending to give you what they promised.

Had the same issue.  Been talking with worthless support people many times.  Finally just decided to return the modem and just forget about Verizon Home Internet.  One would think they would have checked this out before offering such a deal.  Seems like an easy solution but I have little faith that they will fix it before football starts.  I have been dealing with this for over a week and it was an issue before then.  I can't believe they can't even just sign people up through YouTube but must be a reason why they don't.  This was a frustrating experience and just another company that farms their support out to the lowest bidder and now their support is not good.

I'm having the same problem. I received the email on 8/11, and have been unable to redeem as I'm also getting an error. I have spoken with several verizon support members, who cannot help. They said I would receive an email in 10 days, but I have yet to receive an email. Now the redemption offer is no longer showing on my account. I switched specifically for this promotion.  I'm really frustrated. The season starts in a week and I want to ensure I will have access!
